These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Life Countdown mobile application (the “App”) provided by Life Countdown (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using Life Countdown, you confirm that:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

You retain all rights to the personal information and content you provide in the App. All data is stored locally on your device. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the App's functionality on your device.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. The App's calculations are based on the data you input. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect input.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ($1.99) to unlock all premium features permanently. This is a single charge — not a subscription. You will not be charged again.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the fee specified at the time of purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's website (reportaproblem.apple.com) or by contacting Apple Support directly.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. To delete your data, use the delete feature in App settings before uninstalling.
We may terminate or suspend your access without notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the App and on our website, and by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@lifecountdown.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If you access the App via Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right.
