These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Life Countdown mobile application (the “App”) provided by Life Countdown (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. These Terms contain important information about your legal rights, including limitation of liability and a requirement to arbitrate disputes.
By accessing or using Life Countdown, you confirm that:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

You retain all rights to the personal information and content you provide in the App (e.g., birth date, milestones, goals). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the App's functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. The App's calculations and visualizations are based on the data you input. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect input data.
The App may offer premium features available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the app store where you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your app store's refund policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Cancellation: Go to Profile → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. To delete your data, use the delete account feature in the App settings before uninstalling.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
